Our business model – designing of comprehensive energy solutions, building and investing in, projecting and operating plants and critical customer processes, as well as continuous development - has been at the heart of our business for over 40 years.

We strive to understand the customer's processes in the best way, identify the bottlenecks in the customer's operations, identify the best technologies for each situation, and deliver on the customer's needs.
3. Operating customer critical processes.
Our third strategic capability is to operate our plants and customer-critical processes associated with them better than anyone else. We have been doing this for almost 40 years, and today we do it with over 250 professionals. In order to be the best in the world, we need to have a deep understanding of our customers' production needs, and we need to have the best operators, best supervisors and best practices in the area.
