Growing Adven strengthens its group executive board: Ilkka Kosola appointed CFO Adven Group

Ilkka Kosola, M.Sc (Econ.) (b. 1973) starts as CFO of Adven Group in January 2019. He has held leading finance positions of global public listed companies for over twenty years. To Adven Mr. Kosola comes from Tieto, where he is responsible for the functions of Group Business Control and Finance Partnering. Before that he has worked in Basware Plc and Fortum Plc.

In Tieto Mr. Kosola is currently responsible for the functions of Group Business Control and Finance Partner. Earlier Mr. Kosola worked as the CFO of the Product Development Services of Tieto. Prior to Tieto Mr. Kosola was responsible for Business Control and management accounting of Basware Group. He also led the risk management operations of Fortum Power -division and worked as the Business Controller of Fortum Service (cur. Maintpartner), a company providing operations and maintenance services. Early career steps he took as the Finance and Administration Manager of Metsä Group, Suolahti plywood mills, where he also substituted the Mills Director. 

 

Mr. Kosola will start in his position in the beginning of January 2019. Until then the position is held by acting CFO Curt Johansson-Holmertz. Former CFO Adven Group, Mikko Kilpinen has resigned from the company.
