Hanna Summa appointed SVP, Human Resources, Adven Group
Hanna Summa (Master of Arts) is appointed SVP, Human Resources at Adven Group. Hanna Summa is responsible for the continuity and further development of the Adven’s HR strategy and various group activities.
One of Adven’s top three priorities is capability development. In the future Adven aims to be no less than the best in the world in providing Energy as a service® for industries and real estates. Hanna Summa’s appointment clearly supports this ambitious target and in her new position she will continue the further development of the HR strategy and accelerating activities such as competence development, Adven Academy training program, employer branding and critical talent recruitment.
“This is a new position in the company. Until today the Head of HR in Finland had group HR responsibility as an additional responsibility area. We decided to invest in HR function and to have a dedicated group HR position because we have expanded internationally but even more because of our ambitious capability development targets”, says Jyrki Vainionpää, CEO Adven Group.
Hanna Summa joins Adven from AFRY, where she most recently held the position of VP, Head of HR Transformation and Digitalization. Before that Hanna has worked at Pöyry PLC in several leadership roles within HR and most lately as SVP, Global Head of HR.

Hanna Summa has assumed her position at Adven in the beginning of May, and she reports to Jyrki Vainionpää, CEO. She will also join the Group Management Team of Adven.
