Three properties in Vinsta change to renewable energy from Adven
The three properties Singeln, 1, 14 and 15 in Vinsta will convert to renewable geothermal energy from Adven. The properties comprise a total of about 30 000 square meters and the property owner is Ekenman Ltd. The buildings are used for offices as well as schools and hotels. The area Vinsta in Vällingby is directly connected to the new freeway Förbifart Stockholm, ensuring the area to grow in popularity.
– This is a big contract for us in an area that is on an upswing in the Stockholm region. Due to its strategic position near the new freeway, we believe that this area will become more attractive and strengthen our business in the Stockholm region, said Jonas Häggqvist CEO of Adven Sweden AB.
Adven supplies heating and cooling to approximately 20 large properties in Stockholm, including several office properties in Kista, which covers more than 100,000 square meters.
– We see an increase in demand for local energy supply and several major property owners feel a frustration over the lack of alternatives in the heating market. Our solution is a renewable alternative and with our own staff on the site to ensure that everything works as it should, says Jonas Häggqvist, CEO of Adven Sweden.
– Adven invests in the energy plant and lowers our costs for heating. This will free up capital that we can use for our core business, which is good service to our tenants, said Patrick Ekenman from Ekeman Fastigheter.
Adven is a Finnish-Swedish energy group specializing in geothermal heating and cooling and is Sweden's leading energy company in the alternative energy. Adven owned by EQT.
Ekenman Fastighet AB is a private real estate company that has worked in Vinsta for more than 14 years. They actively manage and ensure that their tenants always get the maximum out of their premises.
